By receiving services at our office, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding the use of your personal information and communication preferences.

Personal Information Usage

The personal information you provide to Heun Chiropractic, Inc is used solely for the purpose of delivering chiropractic care, processing billing, and managing your medical records. The information (phone number/email/address) obtained as part of the SMS consent will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes. 

Text Communication

We may communicate with you via text for appointment reminders, health updates, and other office-related matters. Message frequency may vary, you may receive up to 5 SMS messages per week regarding your appointments or account status. Messages and data rate may apply, depends on phone carrier.  To opt-out, reply STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE, text HELP for any assistance/questions or contact front desk at 707-255-4424, you can also email the office to [email protected].

Opt-In/Opt-Out

You have the option to opt-in or opt-out of receiving text communications at any time. To opt-in simply provide your consent with front desk at the moment of setting up your appointment. To opt-out, you can reply “STOP” to any text message or notify the office staff to remove your phone number from our texting list.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms of use at any time. If changes occur, we will notify you as required by law, and the revised Terms of Use will be available at our office and online for your review.
